Did everyone have a wonderful Easter?! Ours ended up being a bit chilly but it was still pretty nice. I didn't take ONE picture in my Easter outfit. How the heck did that happen?! O well

So I was thinking about my Underhanded French Braid Tutorial I posted the other day, and the general concensus I seemed to gather was that you all liked it, but you want the basic instructions for a regular French Braid as well? Am I right? If so I will try to put together a tutorial on a basic french braid sometime this week!

Today is a kind of gathering thoughts for me day. Where do I want Kaleigh Blog to go for this next month, what do I want to focus on, etc etc. I'm starting to get into my busy months at work and I know it will probably take a toll on Kaleigh Blog. Never fear! That's what this gathering of thoughts is for. I'm going to try to get things organized and come up with a plan so that everything will stay nice and tidy. 'Course, it never really works that way but hey I can try can't I?

I've never really explained my job on here, mainly because it's kind of hard to explain, but I'll show you a little bit of what I do:

I help plan a nation wide youth event called Youth Quest. This year the event will take place in Orlando, Florida in July, with over 1,000 teens from all across the US meeting together to hear speakers, bands, and compete in a talent competition for college scholarships. This year we've started a new "pre-quest" project called YQTV, where I am the host of a sort of news show that gives teens planning on coming to Youth Quest some updates about this summer. Below is our intro video to YQTV. Yes, I know, I'm so pale I even surprise myself.

So ya! That's just a little part of what I do Monday-Friday!
