Mimic Me Monday- Miranda!



Today's MMM was a bit out of my comfort zone. I wanted to push myself to find something that I wouldn't normally wear and try it, and this is what i found!


You might not think this is that out of the ordinary, but for me it was. I don't normally wear jeans, and if I do I usually don't tuck in tops. I'm a bit self conscious of my booty :) Plus, while the outfit is cute, it's kind of... boring. And I'd like to think that I don't do boring. But I took a whack at it anyways, and here's what I came up with!








Old navy button down, Gap jeans ( on sale right now at the Gap Outlet!), Forever 21 belt, Francesca's watch, Shoe Dazzle booties.

I added a swipe of red lippy to make myself feel less boring, and the belt and gold accessories to make it feel more like me. While I wouldn't say this is one of my favorite outfits I've ever come up with, I did like switching things up a bit. Plus, this is a perfect Summer-Fall transition outfit!

    Adorable, as always! I have to say I like the fact that your jeans aren't as tight as hers. LOL! Where's the hat? Don't you have one similar to that? You always look good in hats!

    i love this idea! i will wait until im not pregnant though to partake because um, maternity fashion is not mimic worthy. ;) also, you look great and booty?! never be self conscious about the booty - you rock that cabootyboose!
