I don't know how many other new stylists have this problem, but I've been working in a shop now for 6 months, and here is my main issue:

I'm too nice!!

I know I know, my life is SO tough! But seriously, I feel like I'm a bit of a push over, especially when I hear a sob story about how you have no money but you want 4 different colors and a brand new style. It's very difficult, because I want to be generous, but this is my career people! And I can' make any money if I don't start charging what I'm worth.
