Weekend Activities!

Dress: gift (Thanks Beccah!);Vest: Old Navy; Belt: Lucky; bracelets: Dillards; sunglasses:Ray Ban
This weekend my dear friend Beccah brought me a late birthday present: this wonderful 70's era prom dress she found at a garage sale! She said she thought I could come up with some way to wear it.

My friends know me so well.

I think the shelfy lace bit was supposed to go on your shoulders because it had holes for your arms ( I'm so smart) but this chick must've had teeny shoulders or I've got massive ones because there was no way my arms were going in there. Lucky the bust was elastic so I just belted around my waist and went for it.

This weekend Maverick and  I went and watched Mr. Darcy play some football. Soccer for the rest of you Americans out there. According to England football is not played with pigskin and pads; its what we call soccer.

I think it's a conspiracy they have going; see how many ways they can be confusing.

Needless to say he was wonderful and they won.

Saturday was cleaning day. No pictures for that one; they would be too gruesome for Blogland.

Sunday was a lovely morning with some Jesus and some Mexican food.

I also went shopping Sunday. Saturday involved massive amounts of laundry and towards the end I got a bit lazy. Alright through the whole thing I was lazy. I don't separate, colors etc. It's boring. So surprise surprise, I ended up with hot pink spots on two of my best dress shirts!
So I can now officially be a walking advertisement for Forever 21.

O and I colored my hair! And finally cut it. I cut my own hair so I tend to wait much longer than I should to trim it.
It's a wonder what a few snips can do for you hair. I kept wondering why my hair looked frizzy and wouldn't curl. That would be because you have hairs that look like you got electrocuted Kaleigh!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Lots of can we skip to Pay Day? Love,
