I wore this outfit the other day and as soon as I put it together, I knew it'd be a new favorite. There's just something about a flirty little skirt that makes you walk with a bit more sass. It's the twirl factor. No girl can resist a twirly skirt. And bows on my knees. bows on my knees. Hi hello, I'm in heaven.
