Mimic Me Monday

Today starts a new series called Mimic Me Monday. YAY!

 On Mondays, I'm going to post a picture that inspired me to be a copy cat, whether that is a hair style, makeup, or an outfit. Then I'll post my version of the picture and you can decided if it was a YAY or NAY. 

 There is a Mimic Me Pinterest board that I've started that you can follow to see what I'm being inspired by, and you can also tag me in photos you see that you think I should try! 

 Sounds fun right? Hold up, here's the catch:

It's only going to be items I already own. This is going to be a way to add some life back into my wardrobe, and hopefully curb my frighteningly intense addiction to shopping. 

So let's get started! Here's MMM Inspiration #1:

Nicole Richie. Guys I searched and searched trying to find where I got this picture from, but I've had it for MONTHS and i just couldn't find it anymore. I'm sure it was a magazine article at some point, but I can't find it.

 And here's my copy cat:

I chose to go with wide leg flares rather than skinnies and flip flops since I was wearing this to work. I actually think I like it more with the flares, however the skinnies would be great for a lazy Saturday!
